Reading paths
Choose a reading route
Four ways into the same questions, from an introductory explanation to the underlying publications.
New to the ideas
Start with the common-source proposal, then distinguish generation, retention, and completion.
Mathematical reader
Begin with a published result, identify its hypotheses, then compare the explanatory models.
Physics student
Use established physics as the reference point. Explore the proposed models as a separate, clearly labelled research route.
Philosophy and texts
Read the historical and philosophical background before moving to later mathematical reconstructions.
Read with the status of the source in view. A book exposition, a teaching demonstration, a journal theorem, and a proposed physical interpretation are not interchangeable kinds of evidence.
