The programme distinguishes mathematical refinement parameters from measurable lengths, durations, and actions. A discrete construction or animation step does not by itself establish a universal minimum physical scale.
What the construction must establish
State the clock and ruler calibration, the operational domain of the model, and any continuum limit. Identify the independent constants needed to express a result in physical units.
