Welcome everybody to my website at the UAE University. Our academic activities focus on three areas: teaching, research and services. Research stands at the front as it is a driving force for any development. My recent research work focuses on simulation of semiconductor devices composed of quantum wells, alloys and thin films; with applications mostly on photonics such as solar energy. Part of the scope of my interest is also seeking solutions to pedagogical problems.
