Research Focus

Rapid advances in wired and wireless networks have opened tremendous research and commercial opportunities for multimedia and mobile computing. The demand for quality of service requires software and hardware support at both routers and end systems, which has led to a full range of new research topics, including multimedia network protocols, resource management protocols and real-time systems design. My research interests cover:
