I am a professor of statistics at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU). I joined UAEU in 2022.
I hold a PhD in Statistics from the University of Ottawa, Canada.
Before joining the UAEU, I held an associate professor position at the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivieres, Canada.
My research interests focus on empirical processes based on pseudo-observations, multivariate nonparametric statistics,
extreme values, copula models, dependence models, asymptotic statistical theory and applied statistics. I am also interested in applications of game theory
equilibrium and stochastic optimization in the context of supply chain applications.
