SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Dr Azam Beg joined the College of Information Technology as an assistant professor in 2005. Before joining the academia, he acquired experience in diverse fields of computer, electrical and control engineering. He spent nearly 8 years at Intel Corp, USA, working on the design and validation of microprocessors, and on testing of flash memories. Before that, he had worked for 5 years as a test engineer for a control systems company. His experience also includes team and project management. He is the author/co-author of 39 publications (10 journal papers, 3 book chapters, 26 conference papers). As a principal investigator, he has earned funding for several projects.
